1. Free Demo Classes

• Frinzucation may offer free demo or trial classes for evaluation purposes.

• Free demo classes are non-chargeable and do not guarantee admission or continuation.

2. Course Enrollment & Activation

• Once a student enrolls and payment is successfully completed, the course is considered activated.

• Access to live classes, recorded videos, study materials, or any paid resources is provided after activation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Course cancellation requests must be made before course activation.

• Once the course is activated, cancellation is not allowed under normal circumstances.

• Frinzucation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances (technical issues, faculty unavailability, or emergencies).

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided once a course is activated.

• Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed classes by the student

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Lack of attendance or discontinuation by the student

  • Internet, device, or connectivity issues from the user’s side

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where:

• A technical issue from Frinzucation’s side prevents access to services for a prolonged period, or

• The course is discontinued permanently by Frinzucation

An appropriate resolution (rescheduling, credit, or partial refund) may be considered at Frinzucation’s sole discretion.

6. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

• Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

7. Transfer of Course

• Course access cannot be transferred to another student.

• Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

Frinzucation reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
